Diondre McFadden

Coach Mac is one of the founders of Move the Chains Academy. He is a graduate of Midwood High School, where he played Offensive Tackle. Moving on to playing JUCO football, he attended SUNY Cortland, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in physical education. Coach knew he wanted to give back to his community in more ways than one. MTCA was created to give NYC athletes a better chance of getting recognized on the next level. Creating pathways for better recruitment, building connections, understanding development in professional spaces, and being an overall student athlete motivated Coach Mac. Mentored by former NFL player Leon Williams, Coach Mac learned to understand the factors it takes to succeed on and off the field. With the knowledge that was passed down, he is working on helping this growing NYC Football culture that has already taken major strides.
