Yusuf Bholai

Coach Yusuf graduated from Sheepshead Bay in 2007, having played Wide Receiver and Cornerback. He currently attends Medgar Evers College majoring in Education, working toward obtaining his Bachelor's Degree. Leadership and developing student athletes has come natural for him. While attending Medgar Evers College, he served as a lead mentor in the ‘Read Ahead’ program designed to help students improve their communication, reading, writing  and math skills. Currently working as a Paraprofessional for the Department of Education, his passion for helping the youth carries over into the education field. With a knack for understanding all angles of the game, he also officiated boys & girls basketball for 3 years before reaching the Dlll level. His versatility has helped him develop players on and off the field, which he predicates to being relatable to all student athletes.
